H/SI quality means: clear white, no visible inclusions, maximum sparkle in daylight. The stones are securely and prominently set – worn by the chain, brought to life by the light. Even links, polished surface, clean transitions.

The chain lies smooth and light on the neck. The clasp is secure and opens easily. Even after daily wear, the polished surface retains its shine.

Delivery+

Each piece is packaged in elegant gift wrapping and shipped with tracking. The shipping risk is on us: if your order does not arrive, we will resend it free of charge or refund the full purchase price. We deliver to Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands — free of shipping costs regardless of the order value. Our shipping partners include the Austrian Post; delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

You have 30 days to return an item — return shipping is free for you, and you will receive a prepaid return label by email. You may inspect the item as you would in a store (briefly trying it on) without removing the security seal. If the seal is intact and the item is in its original condition, we will refund 100% of the purchase price; if the use goes beyond a mere inspection, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation according to § 16 FAGG. Returns are excluded for engravings, custom-made items, and individually adjusted ring sizes.
