Delivery terms
- Splendido eU delivers to delivery addresses within Austria and to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the selected country.
- Orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00 will be shipped no later than the second working day following the order, provided that day is not a public holiday.
- We also offer express delivery within Austria for an additional €12. Your order will leave our warehouse the next business day and should arrive by 1 p.m. the following day.
- We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by the various delivery services we use.
- If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if this has been expressly agreed upon.
- Should delivery of the goods fail due to your fault despite three delivery attempts, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately, less shipping costs.
- If the ordered product is unavailable because our suppliers fail to deliver it to us through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, offer you a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will promptly refund any payments already made.

All items are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards. This allows us to offer our customers a professional and reliable shopping experience.
For almost all returned items, the label must be intact. Goods returned without a label cannot be refunded.
You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping unless the goods were delivered incorrectly or are defective. In these cases, we will provide you with a return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please refer to our detailed terms and conditions for information on the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
Return policy
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to receive a full refund.
Responsibility for returns
You are responsible for the return shipment and any potential loss in value of the goods due to use beyond inspection.
Conclusion of the revocation
The cancellation is considered complete once the items have arrived and been inspected. The refund will be issued immediately after inspection.
Damaged returns
We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if damaged jewelry or packaging is returned.
