DELIVERY TERMS

• Splendido e.U. delivers to the following countries: Austria · Germany · Italy · France · Spain · Netherlands · Poland as well as to all other EU countries (see full list in our Terms and Conditions § 4).
  Our shipping partners are Österreichische Post AG and DHL.
• The delivery time is usually 3–5 business days. If delivery times differ, we will inform you directly on the respective product page.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon will be shipped no later than the second following business day — provided there is no public holiday.
• Upon request, we offer express delivery within Austria for €12. Your order will leave our warehouse the next business day and arrive by 1:00 p.m. the following day.
• We cannot accept liability for delays caused by the contracted shipping service provider.
• If not all ordered items are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries — additional shipping costs will only be charged by express agreement.
• If delivery fails despite three attempts due to your fault, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded immediately.
• If an ordered product is permanently unavailable, we will inform you immediately and — if possible — suggest a comparable product. If you do not want a replacement, we will refund the purchase price in full.

RETURNS

• Return address: Splendido e.U. Neubaugasse 24, 8020 Graz, Austria
• All items are carefully inspected and documented before shipping — for your safety and our quality control.
• Right of withdrawal: You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the day you receive the goods.
• Return conditions: Please return the goods as undamaged as possible, with the original packaging and original labeling. You have the right to examine the goods to the extent that would have been possible in a physical store. For any use beyond this or missing labeling, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation according to § 16 FAGG.
• Return costs: The buyer bears the return costs — except in cases of incorrect delivery or proven defects. In these cases, we will provide you with a free return label.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by use beyond mere inspection.
• Completion of withdrawal: The withdrawal is considered complete as soon as the items have been received and inspected by us. The refund will be made immediately thereafter.
• Damaged returns: In the case of damaged jewelry or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
• Online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
