DELIVERY TERMS
Splendido e.U. currently delivers exclusively to Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands.
An expansion of the delivery area to other EU countries is in preparation. Orders from other countries can be registered on our waiting list.
As shipping partners, we use the Austrian Post as well as other delivery service providers, which we select depending on the product and destination country.
Shipping costs: We offer free shipping for all orders within Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands, regardless of the order value.
Delivery time: usually 3–5 business days. If delivery times differ, we will inform you directly on the respective product page.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon will be shipped no later than the second following business day—unless there is a public holiday.
We cannot accept liability for delays caused by the contracted shipping service provider.
If not all ordered items are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries—additional shipping costs will only be incurred by express agreement.
If the customer refuses to accept the goods or does not collect the shipment within the storage period set by the carrier, they are in default of acceptance. The actual additional costs incurred (especially return and re-delivery costs) will be borne by the customer; we are entitled to deduct these from any refund. If the returned goods or their case/packaging show damage beyond mere inspection, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation according to § 16 FAGG. This does not apply if the customer has effectively withdrawn from the contract.
If an ordered product is permanently unavailable, we will inform you immediately and—if possible—suggest a comparable product. If you do not want a replacement, we will refund the purchase price in full.

All items are carefully inspected and documented before shipping—for your safety and our quality control.
Right of withdrawal: You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason (statutory period 14 days according to § 11 FAGG, voluntarily extended to 30 days). The period begins on the day you receive the goods.
Return shipping costs:
Returns are free of charge for you. Splendido e.U. covers the return shipping costs. After receiving your withdrawal declaration, we will provide you with a free return label by email. Simply take the prepaid package to the nearest post office.
We recommend keeping the proof of postage until the refund is completed.
Return conditions – please read carefully
You have the right to examine the item as you would be able to in a physical store (e.g., brief try-on in front of a mirror). Examination is possible without removing the security seal or tag.
Each piece of jewelry is delivered with a security seal (tag) that marks the original condition.
Full refund (100%): If the item is returned with the intact security seal, in original condition and original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
Compensation for value loss due to signs of use: If the security seal is removed or the item shows signs of use beyond mere inspection (e.g., wear marks, scratches, residues of cosmetics, perfume or skin contact, stretched chains), we reserve the right to deduct reasonable compensation for the resulting loss in value from the refund. If the item can no longer be sold as new, this compensation may amount to the full value of the goods (§ 16 FAGG).
The free return shipping is a service offer for a genuine purchase decision—not for temporary use ("rental") of jewelry. We ask for fair treatment.
Responsibility: You bear responsibility for any loss in value of the goods caused by use beyond mere inspection.
Completion of withdrawal: The withdrawal is considered complete once the items have been received and inspected by us. The refund will be made immediately thereafter via the payment method chosen at the time of order.
Damaged returns: In case of damaged jewelry or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
