Scope of warranty

Splendido grants a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty on all verifiable defects in material and workmanship. The warranty complements your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them in any way.

A valid warranty claim requires proper care of the jewelry according to our care instructions.

Warranty exclusions

The following damages are excluded from the warranty:

Breakage — unless a verifiable manufacturing defect is present
Improper use — damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling
Natural wear — normal wear and tear from regular use
External influences — discoloration or damage caused by water, perfume, creams, hairspray, cleaning agents, or natural skin chemistry
Unauthorized modification — any alteration or repair by third parties not authorized by Splendido

Procedure in case of warranty
