Guarantee conditions for our jewelry
Thank you for choosing our jewelry. We are proud of the quality of our products and therefore offer you the following guarantee conditions:
Warranty scope
Our warranty covers all demonstrable manufacturing defects for up to 24 months. This includes any defects in materials or workmanship.
Please note that our guarantees provide additional rights and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Guarantee claims are only valid if the jewellery has been treated in accordance with the care instructions and shows no obvious signs of improper use.
Warranty exclusions
The guarantee does not cover:
- Breakage: Unless there are demonstrable manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused by improper use: Including improper handling or misuse.
- Natural wear and tear: Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
- External influences: discoloration or damage caused by water, perfumes, detergents, creams, hairspray or the skin's natural acidity.
- Third-party processing: Any modification or repair by a third party that was not carried out by our team (e.g. adjustment of the ring size by another provider).
Procedure in case of warranty claim
Should a manufacturing defect occur, please contact us immediately:

- Subject: Complaint with order number
Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will endeavour to find a solution within two days. We will send you a final solution proposal within 10 days of receiving your complaint at the latest.

If we cannot find a satisfactory solution to your problem, you have the option of contacting the Dispute Resolution Committee:
