Scope of Warranty

Splendido grants a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty on all verifiable defects in material and workmanship. The warranty complements your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them in any way.

A valid warranty claim requires proper care of the jewelry according to our care instructions.

Warranty Exclusions

The following damages are excluded from the warranty:

• Breakage — unless a verifiable manufacturing defect is present
• Improper use — damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling
• Natural wear and tear — normal wear from regular use
• External influences — discoloration or damage caused by water, perfume, creams, hairspray, cleaning agents, or natural skin chemistry
• Unauthorized modifications — any alteration or repair by third parties not authorized by Splendido

Procedure in Case of Warranty

If a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact us immediately:

• Subject: Complaint + Order Number

Please briefly describe the problem and, if possible, attach a photo. We will get back to you within 2 business days — a final solution will be provided no later than 10 days after receiving your request.
