In classic retail, the route runs from the manufacturer via a wholesaler and a jeweller to you. With us it runs from the goldsmiths via Splendido Jewelry directly to you — one step fewer.

Handpicked rather than mass-produced.
Splendido Jewelry is not a manufacturer. We select by hand. While major jewelry brands have to establish their own production lines, we can choose freely from the entire world of Italian goldsmith workshops - and only include what we consider good ourselves.

Selection process
How we choose.
Before a piece becomes part of our collection, we check four things.

Quality of finish
Most of our pieces come from Italian family businesses where goldsmiths’ know-how has been passed down for generations. For items that do not come from Italy, we apply the same standards — fine workmanship and honest materials.

Materials & Finish
585 solid gold and 925 sterling silver - rhodium-plated or gold-plated genuine silver. No thin alloys, no compromises on the stones.

Secure Setting & Construction
We check the security of the setting, the stability of the clasp, and the cleanliness of the solder joints. A loose stone does not make for a quality piece of jewelry.

Timeless design
Pieces that remain beautiful beyond just one season. We’re less interested in trends than in timeless elegance that will still have an impact ten or twenty years from now.

Our jewelry comes from carefully selected Italian family businesses - small to medium-sized workshops where goldsmiths’ know-how has been passed down through generations. Some have been in existence for over 50 years, while others have been around for more than a century.
We know our partners personally. We visit them, discuss new collections with them, and talk about material quality and finishing details. This personal relationship is why we can offer quality at a depth that an anonymous online marketplace could never provide.
