Splendido is not a manufacturer. We are curators. While large jewelry brands have to build their own production lines, we can freely choose from the entire world of Italian goldsmith workshops — and only include what we ourselves consider good.

Selection process
How we select.
Before a piece becomes part of our collection, we check four things.

Craftsmanship quality
The majority of our pieces come from Italian family businesses where goldsmithing tradition has been passed down for generations. What does not come from Italy, we select with the same standards — craftsmanship quality, honest materials.

Materials & Craftsmanship
585 solid gold and 925 sterling silver — rhodium-plated or gold-plated on genuine silver. No thin alloys, no compromises on the stones.

Secure setting & construction
We check the security of the setting, the stability of the clasp, and the cleanliness of the solder joints. A loose stone is not a good piece of jewelry.

Timeless design
Pieces that remain beautiful for more than just one season. We care less about trends and more about timeless elegance that still resonates in ten, twenty years.

Our jewelry pieces come from carefully selected Italian family businesses — small to medium workshops where goldsmithing has been passed down through generations. Some have existed for over 50 years, others for more than a century.
We know our partners personally. We visit them, talk with them about new collections, discuss material quality and craftsmanship details. This personal relationship is the reason why we can offer quality in a depth that an anonymous online marketplace could never provide.
