§ 1 Scope
- These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.splendido.at. To view all our company details, please visit our legal notice page .
- A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
- The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Splendido eU and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Splendido eU has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
- These terms and conditions can be viewed at any time on our website and can be printed or downloaded by you.
- We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will take effect as soon as the updated Terms and Conditions are published on our websites. Every purchase agreement concluded between you and us is subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of ordering products via the websites.
- The contract language is German. All communication, contracts, and information are provided in German . In the event of discrepancies between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions or other contractual documents, the German version takes precedence and is legally binding. All automatic translations of these Terms and Conditions or other contractual documents into languages other than German are provided solely for informational purposes and to assist our international customers. We assume no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of these automatic translations. In the event of any discrepancies between the German version and an automatic translation, only the German version is legally binding.
§ 2 Formation of the contract
- The purchase agreement is concluded with Splendido eU, Dayana Bahchevanova, (Neubaugasse 24, 8020 Graz), info@splendido.at. The seller's identity can be viewed on the legal notice page .
- The presentation of products in the online shop for silver and gold jewelry serves solely as a visual presentation and does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is intended to encourage customers to place an order; however, the contract is only concluded upon acceptance of the order by the seller .
- We do not verify the accuracy of the data you submit and therefore accept no liability for any errors.
- We do not accept orders where the specified delivery address belongs to a company or individual that offers shipping services. Should we inadvertently accept such an order, we reserve the right to cancel it after prior notification by email or telephone.
- You have the option to submit a binding purchase offer (order) via our online shopping cart system. Your purchase in our shop is completed through the following steps:
- You add the items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- Clicking the shopping bag icon in the navigation bar allows you to view all the items currently in your shopping cart. From there, you can make changes at any time.
- To complete your purchase, please click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the final step, called "Checkout".
- There you will be asked to enter all the required information, including your personal details and shipping information. You can also select your preferred payment option there.
- By clicking the "Pay Now" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
- The automatic order confirmation documents that we have received your order, but does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. The purchase agreement is only concluded upon dispatch of our order confirmation by email or upon delivery of the goods.
- If you have a customer account, you can view your order details in your account.
§ 3 Prices
- The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT.
- We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. The prices quoted at the time of ordering are binding.
- Should a product be offered at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a system error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct orders placed at the incorrect price.
- Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Please refer to section 5 below for detailed shipping costs.
- All prices are quoted in euros (€). Currency exchange fees may apply to international orders.
- Before completing the order, the total price, including all additional costs such as shipping and taxes, will be displayed.
§ 4 Delivery and Delivery Conditions
- Splendido eU delivers to delivery addresses within Austria and to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the selected country.
- Orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00 will be shipped no later than the second working day following the order, provided that day is not a public holiday.
- We also offer express delivery within Austria for an additional €12. Your order will leave our warehouse the next business day and should arrive by 1 p.m. the following day.
- We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by the various delivery services we use.
- If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if this has been expressly agreed upon.
- Should delivery of the goods fail due to your fault despite three delivery attempts, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately, less shipping costs.
- If the ordered product is unavailable because our suppliers fail to deliver it to us through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, offer you a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will promptly refund any payments already made.
§ 5 Shipping costs
- For orders under €100, we charge a shipping fee of €7.00. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page.

We offer free shipping throughout the EU for orders over €150. For EU deliveries under €150, we charge a flat rate of €16.

In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may apply in individual cases, which are payable by the customer.

The buyer bears the costs and responsibility for the return shipment.
§ 6 Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered in a single shipment.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your first and last name], [Your address], [Your telephone number], [Your email address]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, we recommend that you submit your withdrawal notice using the form below. Please send the completed form to our business email address: widerruf@splendido.at .
- In the event of a cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods were delivered incorrectly by us or are defective. In these cases, we will send you a return label immediately. If this is not possible, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs if you are returning a package to us from an EU country.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund.
- You are only responsible for the return shipment and any potential loss in value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- The cancellation is considered complete once the items have arrived and been inspected. We will process your refund immediately after inspection.
- We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund if damaged jewelry items or damaged packaging are returned.
- For almost all returned items, the label must be intact. Goods returned without a label cannot be refunded.
§ 7 Payment
- Payment can be made either in advance via bank transfer, or we offer PayPal, credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS and Klarna instant bank transfer.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed using suspicious or questionable payment methods. In such cases, we will contact you immediately to clarify the situation and, if necessary, agree on an alternative payment method.
- If you use alternative payment methods other than direct bank transfers, the privacy policies of the respective payment providers apply. These policies explain how your personal data is collected, stored, processed, shared, and transferred when you use their services.
- If you choose prepayment via bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank details and ship the goods after receiving your payment. Please note that processing your payment may take 2-3 business days, which could affect shipping and lead to delays. Please be aware that you have seven business days to complete the transfer. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement.
- Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
- Splendido eU vouchers with voucher codes cannot be used to purchase further vouchers on www.splendido.at . Splendido eU is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of vouchers. Multiple vouchers can be used per order, with their value automatically deducted from the total amount of the current order. Any remaining balance can be paid using other available payment methods.
- A discount may only be deducted if this has been expressly agreed upon.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order. For other payment options, the charge will be processed according to the respective terms and conditions at the time of order processing.

Cash payment of online gift vouchers is generally not possible, neither in full nor in part.
§ 8 Retention of Title
- The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
- Prior to the transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer of ownership as security, processing or modification is not permitted without our consent.
Section 9 Data Protection
- On our website https://www.splendido.at/pages/datenschutz you will find additional information on data protection and on how we collect and use personal data, including the scope and purpose of this data collection, in our privacy policy.
§ 10 Warranty
- All jewelry sold is covered by the statutory warranty. This means that the jewelry is free from defects at the time of delivery and has the agreed-upon characteristics.
- Warranty claims expire 2 years after the date of delivery of the goods.
- The product images may differ from the actual appearance of the delivered goods.
- In the event of a defect, we reserve the right to repair the piece of jewelry or replace it with an equivalent one. Please note that this process may take several weeks.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling or normal wear and tear.
