All items are carefully checked, inspected, and photographed before shipping — for your safety and our quality control.
Legal basis: Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days according to § 11 FAGG (Austria) in implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. We voluntarily grant an extended period of 30 days.
Please return the goods preferably with the original packaging and original labeling. If the label is no longer intact, we will generally still refund the goods but reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for diminished value according to § 16 FAGG if the use has gone beyond mere inspection.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you — who is not the carrier — takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). We recommend using the sample withdrawal form below. Please send the completed form to: widerruf@splendido.at
Return shipping costs
The immediate costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer — except in cases of incorrect deliveries or proven defects. In these cases, we will promptly provide you with a free return shipping label. If this is not possible, we will reimburse the return shipping costs for returns from EU countries.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the buyer. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Return conditions
Returned goods should be sent back in the original packaging if possible. You have the right to examine the goods to the extent that would have been possible in a physical store (e.g., briefly trying on a piece of jewelry in front of a mirror). For any use beyond this, we may deduct reasonable compensation from the refund (§ 16 FAGG).
Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for the proper return as well as any loss in value of the goods caused by use beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning.
Completion of cancellation
The cancellation is considered complete once the items have been received and inspected by us. The refund will be made promptly after the inspection is completed via the payment method chosen at the time of order.
Refund:
We refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, subject to the return of the goods or proof thereof (§ 13 FAGG, Art. 13 para. 3 Consumer Rights Directive).
Damaged returns
We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund for returned jewelry or packaging that is damaged.
