Please treat our jewelry with special care until you are absolutely sure you want to keep it. Thank you for your understanding and attention!

1. What makes your jewelry special?

Our jewelry is made from high quality materials and features excellent craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high quality standards.


2. Where is your jewelry made?

Our jewelry is mainly made in Italy, where skilled artisans combine traditional techniques with modern design.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We want to make your ordering experience with us as pleasant as possible. That's why we are pleased to announce that we include an exquisite cardboard box as free gift packaging with every order. These boxes are not only practical but also aesthetically pleasing and were designed especially for our online jeweler. You can see the pictures of these beautiful boxes on our homepage.

Orders

3. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the product you want, add it to your cart and follow the checkout instructions. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or other available payment methods.

4. Can I change or cancel my order later?

Orders can be changed or cancelled until 8:00 a.m. the next business day. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@splendido.at and indicate "Cancellation/Change" in the subject line of the email.

Shipping and delivery

5. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard and express shipping*. Delivery is free for orders over 150€, otherwise the shipping costs are 5.73€. Express shipping costs 10€, leaves our warehouse the next day and is delivered by 1pm the following day. We use the excellent service of the Austrian Post for deliveries within Austria; for international deliveries we also use other shipping providers.

*Express shipping only applies to Austria

6. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days, while express shipping takes 1 business day. International deliveries may take longer.

Returns and exchanges

7. What are the conditions for a return?

Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging.

8. How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@splendido.at

9. Are there any return costs?

Yes, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

10. How long does the refund take?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty and care

10. What guarantee do you offer on your jewelry?

Our warranty covers all demonstrable manufacturing defects. For further details please read our warranty terms and conditions .

11. How do I care for my jewelry properly?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

  1. Storage: Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or soft bag to avoid scratches and damage.
  2. Avoid contact with chemicals: Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying perfume, soap, lotions, hairspray, or cleaning products, as these chemicals may cause discoloration or damage.
  3. Protection from impact: Avoid wearing jewelry during strenuous physical activity or work to prevent scratches, dents or breakage.

By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your jewelry stays in top condition and retains its beauty for a long time.

12. How can I contact customer service?

You can reach us by email at info@splendido.at . Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

13. What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at info@splendido.at with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will find a solution for you.

Custom-made products and adaptations

14. Do you offer custom-made products?

We are happy to accommodate your individual requests and offer bespoke jewellery that meets your expectations. However, please note that the availability of certain materials and suppliers may vary, which may affect the feasibility of your individual design. For special orders, the production time is a minimum of 4 weeks and an advance payment is required.

Please also note that according to our terms and conditions, there is no right of return for custom-made jewelry.

15. Can I have my ring resized?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to the size of your rings. However, we are happy to provide you with a printable ring measuring tape to help you determine the correct size
