Your data protection rights at a glance

Your data belongs to you. As an Austrian company, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and make it as easy as possible for you to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Note: Data required for legal or tax obligations (e.g., invoices that must be kept for 7 years according to § 132 Federal Fiscal Code) cannot be deleted before the retention period expires.

For the following rights, a short e-mail to info@splendido.at:

• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) – temporary stop of data processing.
• Objection (Art. 21 GDPR) – against processing based on legitimate interests, especially against direct marketing.
• Revocation of given consents (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR) – at any time with effect for the future. For cookie consents, please also use the cookie icon at the bottom left of every page.

Right to complain to the supervisory authority

If you believe that we are not processing your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR):
