Your data protection rights at a glance
Your data belongs to you. As an Austrian company, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and make it as easy as possible for you to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Click one of the buttons below to send us your request directly by e-mail. We will process it personally and respond within 30 days (Art. 12 para. 3 GDPR).
Information & data copy
Receive a complete copy of all personal data we have stored about you, in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 15 and Art. 20 GDPR).
Correction
Correct incorrect or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR). Please write to us which information should be updated.
Deletion
Request the deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR).
Note: Data required for legal or tax obligations (e.g., invoices that must be retained for 7 years according to § 132 Federal Fiscal Code) cannot be deleted before the retention period expires.
Additional rights
For the following rights, a short e-mail to info@splendido.at:
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) – temporary halt of data processing.
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR) – against processing based on legitimate interests, especially against direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of given consents (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR) – at any time with effect for the future. For cookie consents, please also use the cookie icon at the bottom left of every page.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that we are not processing your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR):
