Your data protection rights at a glance
Your data belongs to you. As an Austrian company, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and make it as easy as possible for you to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Access & data copy
Receive a complete copy of all personal data we have stored about you in a structured, machine-readable format (Arts. 15 and 20 GDPR).
Rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR). Tell us which information should be updated.
Deletion
Request the deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR).
Note: Data required to fulfil legal or tax obligations (e.g. invoices that must be retained for 7 years pursuant to Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code) cannot be deleted before the retention period expires.
Further rights
For the following rights, a short email to info@splendido.at:
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) – temporary suspension of data processing.
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) – to processing based on legitimate interests, particularly direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) – at any time, with effect for the future. For cookie consent, an informal email to info@splendido.at is sufficient; alternatively, you can delete the cookies stored in your browser — you will be asked again the next time you visit.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that we are not processing your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR):
