Our precious metal items are marked according to Austrian hallmarking law (fineness as well as manufacturer or responsible party mark). We source diamonds and gemstones from controlled origins.

Warranty+

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to material and manufacturing defects — your legal rights remain fully intact. In addition, we are happy to assist you personally with any questions regarding materials or workmanship. Natural wear and tear, as well as effects from perfume, creams, or chlorine, are not covered. For care instructions and returns, you can reach us via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery+

Each piece is packaged in elegant gift wrapping and shipped with tracking. The shipping risk is on us: if your order does not arrive, we will resend it free of charge or refund the full purchase price. We deliver to Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands — free of shipping costs regardless of the order value. Our shipping partners include the Austrian Post; delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Returns+

You have 30 days to return an item — return shipping is free for you, and you will receive a prepaid return label by email. You may inspect the item as you would in a store (briefly trying it on) without removing the security seal. If the seal is intact and the item is in its original condition, we will refund 100% of the purchase price; if the use goes beyond a mere inspection, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation according to § 16 FAGG. Returns are excluded for engravings, custom-made items, and individually adjusted ring sizes.
