Responsibly crafted+

We carefully select each piece of jewelry for you — made from 585 gold or 925 sterling silver. Many pieces come from traditional Italian goldsmiths. Our precious metal products are marked according to Austrian hallmarking law (fineness as well as manufacturer or responsible party mark). We source diamonds and gemstones from controlled origins.

Legal guarantee+

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to material and workmanship defects — your legal rights remain fully intact. In addition, we are happy to assist you personally with any questions regarding materials or workmanship. Natural wear and tear as well as effects from perfume, creams, or chlorine are not covered. For care instructions and returns, you can reach us via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery+

Each piece is packaged in elegant gift wrapping and shipped with tracking. The shipping risk is on us: if your order does not arrive, we will resend it free of charge or refund the full purchase price. We deliver to Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands — free of shipping costs regardless of the order value. Our shipping partners include the Austrian Post; delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Returns+

You have 30 days to return an item — return shipping is free for you, and you will receive a prepaid return label by email. You may inspect the item as you would in a store (briefly trying it on) without removing the security seal. If the seal is intact and the item is in its original condition, we will refund 100% of the purchase price; if the use goes beyond a mere inspection, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation according to § 16 FAGG. Engravings, custom-made items, and individually adjusted ring sizes are excluded from returns.

But our roots go further back: our family has been involved in the jewelry trade since 1991. This over 30 years of experience is reflected in every piece of our collection today.

For Dayana, Splendido is not a business but a passion. With great care, she has made it her mission to bring the finest Italian goldsmith craftsmanship to the German-speaking region and the Netherlands — with more European markets to follow.

Our jewelry pieces come from the workshops of carefully selected Italian family businesses, which we know and appreciate personally. Each piece is handcrafted, traditionally inspected, and thoughtfully chosen — not from an endless catalog, but from the perspective of a true jewelry lover.

Because we work directly with our Italian partners — without intermediaries, without mass production — we can offer quality that is otherwise reserved for the luxury segment, at prices that remain fair and accessible.
