Delivery+

Each piece is packaged in elegant gift wrapping and shipped with tracking. The shipping risk is on us: if your order does not arrive, we will resend it free of charge or refund the full purchase price. We deliver to Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands — free of shipping costs regardless of the order value. Our shipping partners include the Austrian Post; delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

You have 30 days to return an item — return shipping is free for you, and you will receive a prepaid return label by email. You may inspect the item as you would in a store (briefly trying it on) without removing the security seal. If the seal is intact and the item is in its original condition, we will refund 100% of the purchase price; if the use goes beyond a mere inspection, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation according to § 16 FAGG.
