Why 30 days instead of 14?

You are legally entitled to 14 days. We grant 30—enough time to decide at your leisure.

This also applies to gifts that are purchased before they are presented.

Try it on — just like in a store

Examine the piece as you would in a store: try it on, look at it, compare it.

If it is worn in everyday use, this goes beyond what is necessary for inspection. We may deduct compensation for any resulting signs of wear from the refund; your right to return remains unaffected.

Contact us, and we’ll send you the return label by email. Returns are free of charge — we’ll cover the original shipping costs, too.

This is how it comes back

1. Request a label: the fastest way is through your account — or by email, or simply via WhatsApp.
2. Place the item back in its case and securely close the original packaging — this will ensure it arrives safely to us.
3. Drop off the package. Once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Custom-made pieces

Custom-made pieces are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal — we will inform you of this before you place your order.

What applies

Each piece is covered by a two-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery. It covers any deviation from what you ordered—not just material defects.

What we do

You can request a repair or replacement—free of charge, including return shipping. If neither is possible or successful, you can reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.

What is not a defect

Gold and silver are soft metals. Fine scratches, dulled surfaces, and discoloration caused by perfume, cream, or chlorinated water occur after delivery — these are signs of use, not defects.

Where to find them

On necklaces and bracelets, they are located on the clasp; on rings, on the inside of the band; and on earrings, on the post or the ear wire. The marks are tiny—easy to see with a magnifying glass or your phone’s camera.

Why this is worth more than an advertising slogan

In Austria, the Hallmarking Act stipulates what may be marked on precious metal jewellery—and whoever provides the information is liable for it.

“High quality” is something anyone can write; the fineness designation is legally regulated.
