Delivery conditions

1. Splendido eU delivers to addresses within Austria and to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
2. Delivery times are typically 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Any deviations will be indicated on the respective product page. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the selected country.
3. Orders received before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday will be dispatched no later than the next working day, unless this day is a public holiday.
4. We offer optional express delivery within Austria for an additional charge of €12. Your order will leave our warehouse the next business day and should arrive by 1:00 PM the following day.
5. We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by the various delivery services we use.
6. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be charged if expressly agreed.
7. Should delivery of the goods fail due to your fault despite three delivery attempts, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately, less the shipping costs.
8. If the ordered product is unavailable because our suppliers fail to supply us with this product through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will notify you immediately and, if necessary, offer to deliver a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will promptly refund any consideration already paid.

All items are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards. This allows us to offer our customers a professional and reliable shopping experience.

For returns of almost all items, the label must be intact. Items returned without a label cannot be refunded.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Return costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were delivered incorrectly or are defective. In these cases, we will provide you with a return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Please refer to our detailed terms and conditions for information on the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to receive a full refund.

Responsibility for returns

You are responsible for the return shipment and any possible loss of value of the goods due to use beyond inspection.

Completion of the revocation

The cancellation is considered complete once the items have been received and inspected by us. The refund will be issued immediately after inspection.

Damaged returns

We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if jewelry or packaging is returned damaged.
